Belive it or not I whipped this up yesterday morning. I’ve made similar ones before but this is my own unique creation. A sure to please breakfast classic.

3-4 Biscuits Crumbled
6 eggs
1/2 lb bacon diced
1/2 lb breakfast sausage
1/4 cup milk

Gravy

2 cups flour
3 1/2 cups milk
Bacon grease from the cooked bacon and sausage
2 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp black pepper
2 tsp salt

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Grease 9 x 13 baking dish
3. Fry bacon and sausage until done
4. Drain and save grease.
5. Crumble biscuits and layer in baking dish. I like to use older, stale biscuits but use what you have and what you can.

6. Scramble together eggs with 1/4 cup of milk and pour over biscuits.

7. Layer cooked sausage and bacon ontop of biscuits.

8. Add flour, onion powder, pepper, salt, and bacon grease to sauce pan and mix.
9. Place on medium heat and add 3 1/2 cups of milk. Whisk often until thick.

10. Pour gravy over biscuit, eggs, and meat.
11. Sprinkle with cheese.

12. Bake for 30 minutes
13. Serve warm and enjoy!
